Coming along really nicely man. Will look really good once it has finished. The little 2.8's don't like to be over stressed. Having said that I think if the correct safe guards are out in place and it is well looked after it should be fine IMO. (I am not a mechanic though). Prob about the same as the 3l, ppl put bigger turbos and so on in them and they seem to go fine.

thank you guys! It really took me some big thinking about how to get the body inside my small garage. Finally i got it in and the rear fenders also arrived this morning welding starts as soon as i have cleaned out the garage i have the plans ready for a new garage 70 dquare meters big. But all the money goes to my patrol 😎.
    Kind Regards

Love watching this build take shape.
2005 GU IV ST 3.0. Snorkel. Roof rack. Awning. Spots. Welded I/C. Dual batteries & VSR. UHF. Barn door hinge extension. Roof top spot lights. Rear drawers. 2" lift. NADS. EGT and boost gauges. Trans temp and water temp gauges. Provent 200 catch can. Rear ladder

And crawling on the planet's face, some insects called the human race. Lost in time. And lost in space... and meaning.

Hey look! Some earlier owner has apparently tried to ment the fenders with some stuff that didnt work😅 anyway, her is a picture of the disambling: i think the will to get a cool Patrol is stronger than see the limitations around, like the size of the garage ☺ if you want it, you get it
