My understanding is they are mostly Prado running gear under the body. Many common components. With a few mods they will be quite functional (spoken by a Jackaroo owner). They have never been popular here but there were heaps of them in Saudi. A couple of guys in the club had them and liked them, but I honestly did not take much notice. Anything in Saudi with a Toy.... badge on it was almost like investing in gold, they held their resale value. Rear access seemed too strange for me.
