Doesn't say much in the description except that it stainless steel.
That bumblebee knife gonna hurt on the way in.
Hurt a little more on the way out.

yeah did have a desert camo handle but I didnt like it
I think its looks better in yellow,
Like OD I have way too many knives, other than the ones Ive made
I think the Gil Hibben tooth pick is my favourite one, just feels right
Toothpick is on the right, both are Gil hibben

That is a great little set and should serve you pretty well. It is light weight but sturdy. The 9" knife is the fixed blade from tip to tip and the folder goes in the pouch at the front with the torch in an elastic piece on the side, it is a bit tight for the torch but shouldn't lose it.
From memory they are 440 SS and hold an edge reasonably well for a low cost set. As I have mentioned before, the more expensive doesn't always mean the best when it comes to knives. Some of the cheaper ones I have bought are heaps better than the more expensive variants.

@ Mego my two hand made fillet knives you would like .
Called big lake fillet knives, one I put bone scales and scrimshawed
my mates initials on it, the othe I put a better gripping scales.
Thinking once you get all the material this style fillet knife is about $70 RRP
I filleted a 4kg schnapper a few weeks back with one, awesome knife very flexible
and 440 ss its also double edged about 7" blade.
Damn you Mego I had to go and buy a Winchester Bowie.
This is my 2nd I sold the first, but I'll use this one and display my other Bowie knives

I have 1 of the Winchester Bowie knives as well, haven't got around to using it yet but it is comfortable and reasonably well balanced.
Yet again, another knife let down by nylon sheath. Another 1 to add to the list of sheathes to be replaced![]()

was thinking that instead of doing the Schrade bowie, can you do the Winchester
as I think its a better all round camp knife,
If you have already started the other forget what I just said
Heres a great idea for that sheath, go crazy with that, stamp the stick on panel
