So look what I found
Needs some tlc as the pivot is rusted but eyed it off when up at the farm last time.
It's one of a few I saw there.
Dad and my youngest brother have got the furnace up and running and have also setup one of the vices to.
Great score because it's in awesome condition, just rusted.

a small Peter wright one abot 4" and a huge 6" number that weighs over 50kg.
You cant break them testimony that its already 150 plus years old and ready to go again
Look on the back of the fixed jaw for any makers mark, should be stamped if any.
I can tell the age by the plate that is hand forged that bolts to a bench or post.
You can buy replacement springs for them too.
worth getting it sand blasted IMO pull it all apart.
