Cool room - Dexters have a great outer fat coverage so we get little black meat. Looking at them I think I could have stretched it out to 6 weeks but there were more cattle coming in to be hung so had to take them out. Finally after two weeks have got together all surplus household items and Tools for a monster Garage Sale next weekend.
In addition have taken two Tandem Trailers to the Tip.
