That's a palm tree in the background. Wooden veranda posts where the photographer was standing, so termites not too bad. Building straight ahead has an old look with the wide wide veranda roof, yet has glass windows. Seems to be a national trust style sign in the background.
it's in WA,and yes I suppose national trust..dpaw runs the whole area
