Ooow silly question thread. My time to shine
So everyone knows of my fantastic 12v pump system i put in the gq with the 20 litre tank and quick release fittings bla bla.
I would love to have a tap hooked up to our wash basin we use in the annex of the camper but obviously a 20 litre tank in the back will be annoying to fill up when settled in camp for a week.
Can I have a t piece on the inlet side of pump with ball valves etc to switch intake and just throw a hose in a bucket next to the car when long camping stays?
The pump is self priming of course but would have 1.2m of height from the external tank to draw from?
Will this even work to draw up from that height or ruin the pump?
How about a red back waterproof roof rack bag that you could fill with water and gravity fed the camper basin. When it was empty you could use it for carrying "stuff".
2005 GU IV ST 3.0. Snorkel. Roof rack. Awning. Spots. Welded I/C. Dual batteries & VSR. UHF. Barn door hinge extension. Roof top spot lights. Rear drawers. 2" lift. NADS. EGT and boost gauges. Trans temp and water temp gauges. Provent 200 catch can. Rear ladder
And crawling on the planet's face, some insects called the human race. Lost in time. And lost in space... and meaning.

Is there an easy way to learn how to use a multi meter? There are so many numbers on the dial.
Can you zap yourself or fry wiring with a multi meter?
All I know how to do is to check the car battery voltage and the 1.5 v batteries. lol.
Rossco
Edit: I will only be using it on my 12V vehicle.

All I know about them is don't use anything but volts on a powered system. It will fry the multimeter apparently

Which way is the correct way to hang the dunny paper. Sheet running over the top facing front or from behind?
Seemed like a good idea at the time
