Finishing work and getting home to a beer
Went south for a surf before night shift tonight. This place was flat. 10 minutes down the road solid waves with no one out so I had a 2 hour surf all to myself. Highlight of the month I gotta say
Big win at work today. Fella in the office had a huge win about wasted time, not handing in paperwork, etc. this went on for 15-20 minutes, with the boss there watching.
Waited for him to finish, went to the unfinished job pile, and pulled out all my 'missing' job cards. Pointed out he's the only one who puts stuff in that pile. He proceded to try and winge about a few jobs I hadn't finished. I pulled out my phone, got up all emails saying what parts were needed (he's the p.o) and said where is it.
Boss made him work through lunch to get all the parts ordered.
He didn't talk to me the rest of the day which is good cause I don't like him at all

I'd forgotten about how smelly a soiled 2 yo's nappy can be, when you're trying to change it.
I was on the verge of dry reaching, but can laugh about it now. lol
