a 4.8 has power to burn if needed, personally I wouldnt buy on on gas with the price they ask these days.
If you go diesel , a 4.2 TD will cost you a mint if you can find one, A few guys here are selling GQ with a 4.2 diesel
that wont break the bank, Or go the 2.8 GU no rocket ship but reliable
