A tornado has ripped through Oconnor just south of Perth this morning! Extensive damage to structures, trees and power lines have been reported.

yep apparently it's a mess..11000 house still with out power..i live in the country and I tell ya last night we had some of the loudest rain and thunder,,even the kiddies where scarred...Not me I'm a big boy now..

Just a small vid of the lighening going off all round Perth last night, sorry about the quality of video but was taken using my phone and I don't have the steadiest of hands........ oh and a couple of trees were in the way and I was too chicken to get out from underneath the garage lol

A couple of pics taken from our trip in Merimbula in Jan. The clouds were coming up the coast from Victoria and when it hit us it was pretty loud. Luckily by the time it hit, I was enjoying a bevvie or ten at the golf glub watching the roo's jump 10ft high everytime the thunder went off.
