    I think some people were also using Navara rear LSD centres for the Patrol fronts if my memory serves me correctly....

    Guess you better fit it mate and tell us all how it goes.... Lol.

    What you really want to get is a full 3rd member already setup. Pull the CVs and axles out of the centre and leave hanging. Unbolt the 10 bolts around the 3rd member diff centre and drop out. lift in the new one, bolt up, reinsert the axles, fit off, all done. Drive away. Bugger trying to swap out Crown Wheel and Pinion gears, let a shop do that.
    Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!! ....... I'm a lucky bugger! I've got 2 of em!

    The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

    Bought this. Hope it is as good as they say it is. I am thinking I shouldn't have to do anything but bolt it in. Attachment 54603

    Thinking only ever gets me into trouble so I stopped.
    Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.
