Geeze I thought this one would be easy.
I think your thinking into it to much.
It's the old pumping station grounds. The beautiful stone building situated on the cliff edge over looking the blue lake use to house the pumps which supplied the town's water.
Now it's a very popular spot for weddings.
So bob you were closest. Literally across the road lol.
