Walked into Opposite Lock in Gladstone today to buy the 2014 Tuff Truck DVD, and walked out with these :w1:

Well, I've had enough of the small door on the rear nor having any latching mechanism to hold it open, so decided to make my own..............





Total cost..................less then $10.

When I did a service the other day, noticed there was some oil around the intercooler..............



................soooooooooooooo, out with the old, in with the new..............



........................fully welded around the tanks.

Thanks mate That's an interesting idea, using them as water tanks !! Would be interested to see how you would get the bladders in I think you can get a paint type product that you can put inside, swirl it around, so the it seals & lines them to stop rust

Well that was one of the probs I was thinking of how to overcome as you can't put the bladder in and then weld it up for obvious reasons so I was thinking of some sort of flap on top that is hinged to access the bladder, but the paint thing wouldn't be a bad idea either. The only other prob would be algae building up if you don't dry it out properly.
