Our computer slowly died over the last week and corrupted some files.. I've spent today deleting/ sorting 13 gig of emails and took the day off to sort it all out and I'm stumped trying to get outlook access to my work emails having just connected our private emails. Grr too tired for this shit.
That's why I now run a raid system, sick of loosing everything when the hard drive fails

Just moved house and the bloody power switches off for an hour then comes backk on for an hour without throwing any safety switches or circuit breakers, its done this six times since yesterday and its driving me nuts.
What's a raid system? Is that solid state drives?
