    G'day everyone,

Kris posted some instructions on how to get to his place earlier on in this thread but I found them a little difficult as Google Maps labels some of the roads down there a little differently. So I have created some simple instructions as well as a map that you can view and follow on Google Maps.

They start at the intersection of Captains Flat Road and S Forest Way. You will be able to create a "Directions to here" at this point from wherever you are traveling from.

If you have any questions just let me know:

    Directions to Kris's place.

    1. Turnoff from Captains Flat Road onto S Forest Way is -35.630910, 149.521592 (https://www.google.com.au/maps/place...!3m1!1s0x0:0x0)

    2. Follow S Forest Way to the fork at Gum Creek Road and S Forest Way, veer to the left and stay on S Forest Way. 35°41'26.5"S 149°32'06.6"E (https://www.google.com.au/maps/place...!3m1!1s0x0:0x0)

    3. Turn Right onto Cowangerong Fire Trail at -35.754939, 149.518341 (https://www.google.com.au/maps/place...!3m1!1s0x0:0x0)

    4. Turn Left onto Tumanang Fire Trail at -35.741239, 149.519859 (https://www.google.com.au/maps/place...!3m1!1s0x0:0x0)

    5. Travel 1.6km and turn left into driveway (top gate) at -35.735274, 149.505209 (https://www.google.com.au/maps/place...!3m1!1s0x0:0x0)

Here is a link to a map that I created on Google Maps. Start at the first marker and work your way down the list.

    Cheers,

WARNING!: Do not ever use a towball as a recovery point. They are not rated and can become a deadly projectile during a recovery if they snap off, and they have done so with tragic results in the past.
