New Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro Shocks

Two years ago, my father found a bloke stranded somewhere near Alice springs that had ALL FOUR shocker towers cracked or busted off because he had foam cell shockers fitted to his late model Land Cruiser. Now I don't know the brand, but that info has put me off getting foam cell shockers. Have you had any returns or heard of this happening to any of yours or other branded products?

I'd very much doubt that the cause of this issue was the shocks themselves, unless they either had been valved solid or were so long the shocks were bottoming out before the spring and bump stop. Either way something VERY wrong has happened for all 4 to break!
