Just after some advice on the Swivel Housing's in the attached photos, is there a current problem or possible future problem that anyone can determine form these photos? If so what maintenance / repairs may I need to do?

A swivel rebuild kit off eBay should set you right. Straight forward to change. If you ignore it, it will only get worse.
IMO and should be taken with a grain of salt.

I did the rebuild last weekend and all went well, thanks to your guide. Cheers
1994 GQ 4.2L Y60 turbo Diesel Patrol ute (was a wagon), 4 inch lift, 2 inch body lift, 33 inch Maxxis Bighorn Tyres, endless air compressor, front and rear lockers, 25L water tank, endless hot water, winch, rock lights, reverse camera, dual battery.
