    New drawers installed today!

Super chuffed.. Got my new drawers installed today and could not be happier - Now need fill em up and work out all my wiring for my dual battery and i'm set to go bush!

Had them made by Andrew at http://www.affordable4x4drawers.com.au and i have to say his workmanship is fantastic and he is a gentleman too.. I've done heaps of research and did not want to spend 2k upwards on a state of the art set, did not trust the cheap chinese ones and in the end i realised it would have cost me more to try and make them myself and i would not have got anywhere near the quality of these.. photos are from the iPhone so not the best..

    THUMBS UP!

they look pretty good, i went the cheap chinese from shoreline in perth and they have done the simpson and have been in for over a year now with no dramas, i may have to adjust the spacing on the bearings as i notice they are running on the edge of the runner now after all the weight in them.

@ three dogs - john i had the passenger side draw 200mm shorter so i could put the battery behind it - fits perfectly!

just started my dual battery wiring today - posted up some photos to check my progress is right in the electrical DIY section!

only took me the whole day.. but here is the temp solution.. just need to add the fridge slide!

baintech at the front, ctek at the back.. did not want to put it in with the battery just incase something sparked.. will add some anderson plugs next to the baintech later for solar power.. not sure what else might be needed at the moment?
