    They are heavy but strong I load mine up with wood every time we go camping, like roofy mines got surface rust mainly where the mesh is welded on but it's all sealed so no water gets in.

    The supports should unbolt so you could carry it right side up.

    heres the problem first it needs to be placed on top of Roofy's rack to bring it up the Murray early next month
    then it needs to be transferred onto mine, surely two blokes could lift it on/off yes/no
    04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there

    Nothing a few cans of Galmet can't fix eh as I'd need to weld awning brackets ,shovel brackets etc

    2 of us took it of, it was heavy but manageable. I think if I was to ever put it on not that I am or will, I would use a thick blanket across the whole roof and slide and push it on from rear of vehicle into position rather than lifting it up and over everything and potentially scratching the roof.

    Still for sale and havn put it on ebay ect as yet.

    Yeah My home made one requires 3 rhino racks to support my wheel hoist, I only have 2.
    This may support it better ,plus more ppl have this style rack when I make my mounting plate
