I find a few drops of lemon concentrate is enough to cancel out the taste of the phenyls in the water, I had the same problem with the tank on my camper until it aged a little.

I have some stainless premix kegs here, i'll put a pic shortely
they are about 250 round and 600 long easy enough to tig some fittings into it to hold water.
    Forgot I had them.
there is a powder you can wash bladders out with to remove taste ,but wouldnt you check
to see if it was food safe plastic first?

I have 2 of these they are 20 litres with rubber both ends.
Would be easy enough to tig two 3/4 stainless sockets on to it.
One to fill the other for an outlet.
I did have two tigged together but I gave that to a guy with a dual cab GQ.
20 litres is not quite enough IMO

I'm sure it will get better
I drank the water from my mates and it tasted fine and that water was in it for 3 weeks

There is an additive you can add to bladder and you do not taste anything but pure water. Got it at a camping show years ago.
    Cheers,

Yeah I've got one exactly the same 3d. Works well but does taste like crap. Only flushed it out once tho, sure it wiill improve with age. . hopefully. Only used it on the simpson trip.

Toyed with putting it behind the seats but ended up just putting out on the floor. Sure it would work woth a bit more perseverance, might not be able to fill it to capacity tho.

Across the floor in the back is fine for my set up.
they are very robust IMO, I'll get some sockets welded into those 20 ltr tanks.
that might be ok having 40 ltr standing up right in the cargo area,
Only have a few weeks to sort this out

this will suit my needs, I'll just rinse it out a few times, Gravity feed is ok you dont waste water that way

Ok need help from anyone in the hospitality industry.lol
I'm trying to remove the top of my post mix keg I can un screw it till its loose but it wont come out.
Its just a piece of stainless tube that reaches to bottom of the keg and is spring loaded.
Once out I can figure out a fill system like a radiator ,
