I'm running a large job tonight, starting 11, and from 8 blokes we're down to 4, of which 2 are apprentices. Everyone was super keen to work, and as it gets closer to the job, they're dropping like flies. 2 are pissed, 1 forgot, and another is stuck up north somewhere. If you cannot commit to a job, then why sign up ffs!

The screws in picture hanging packs etc they are cheap and nasty and round out even though I'm using the correct size sidcrhome Phillips head and drilled a 3mm pilot hole for a 4mm screw
