We are heading up Sunday morning Rossco, probably around 11ish if you want to tag along? We won't be doing anything extreme, just want to test the big girl out.

Yeah sounds good I'll pop out for a bit. Kinglake is pretty damn close from here.

    Update

Tonight I solved a few issues that I've had from the start. I was having a charging issue, after a bit of fiddling I found out I had put the alternator earth to the charging post and left the battery charge wire unhooked.
I swapped those over and that solved my charging issue.
For some reason, fixing that turned off the battery, brake and air filter lights from my dash. Previously they were stuck on.

I also managed to get the tacho working. It was pretty simple really, just a bit fiddly.

    For those that are curious:

I started by swapping the tacho component from my diesel dash into my petrol dash.

Next thing was the black plug on the back of the speedo. You can see here in this picture the yellow/black and pink/black wires. Originally the pink and black wire is just an empty, pinless slot. I pinched a pin from another plug and put it into that slot.

After that it's a simple as wiring the black/yellow to the blue wire on the RPM sender and the pink/black to the green. I found a plug that matched up perfectly to keep it looking factory.

    Complete working dash and tacho.

Today I tested her out in the bush for the first time. I'm happy to say that apart from my brakes failing a couple of times (sorted now) everything went smoothly.
A few mates and I met up with Rossco at Kinglake, it was a fun day and it's always good to put a face to a name.

    Few pics

I also managed to test out the door seals..

The stickers look great. I'll have to get another for the rear window.

Thanks gubigfish, sure sounds better than the TB!
