Battery acid is great also and will take it back to bare steel

Dunno about a wet cam, but a web cam yes Might go for a drive and see if its the carnt I think it is. Ill then check for rubber on the inside of the rear guards. If theres evidence, I will leave a note of warning. If he does it again, I'll say nothing about the next bit...
