A good physio will be able to get it. I pulled my siatic nerve earlier in the year, my physio spent some solid time stretching and massaging all the affected area. Holy crap it hurts when they a massaging your arse but damn it feels good after.
Get it sorted mate, you'll thank yourself for it. I had probably 20 physio treatments before I could say my back didn't hurt.
And get some good shoes. I work in a factory and am on my feet on a hard floor all day, my shoes are my savior. Probably the comfiest pair of shoes I own actually.
