Should come out pretty easy with an easy out. Worst comes to worst support the engine and take that mount off. Bummer.
Yeah a bit of googling tells me the same thing. I've read the straight flute easy outs are better for brass than the spiral ones. I'll do a ring around tomorrow and try and find someone that sells them. Then I guess it's time for a new fitting and oil feed line. Probably not such a bad thing anyway.

The feed line will be ok. Just a fitting. Any tool shop will sell easy outs of both variety.

You'd be amazed sometimes if you put a flat head screw driver to it and will turn..
I rang a bolt removal guy to come out and remove and engine bolt and he told me over the phone what to do and it came out easy and did not cost me a cent... top bloke.
If you do try it be gentle, its when you start butchering things that it starts turning into a head f#$ k.

Good to see the motor running, sounds good.
Oil feed is a pain in the butt, good luck with it hopefully out comes out without too much fuss. Good to get it sorted now tho.
Yeah that's a real crap spot unfortunately. Mine was seized and I had to get oil from the sender on the other side.
Thanks for the tips guys. Heat gun and an easy out and it was out in about 5 minutes. I went to VPW in Thomastown to get a fitting but unfortunately it was the wrong size. Hopefully I can find one in the CBD tomorrow while working. Anyone know of any places?

Leave it in your letter box and I will swing by and go to Pirtek or something...
