EGT's what would be causing them to be higher then normal GU 2.8

I noticed last night my EGTs were higher then normal while accelerating, they were just over 400 in 4th gear accelerating to 80km/hr and it seemed to lack power.

    Cheers Paul

As what all three above said. Could be dud injectors or pump too but check the other things first. Not sure how you would check the cat though. Also make sure all the IC hoses are good and the clamps are tight. Changed the fuel filter lately?

I'd prob just unbolt the exhaust before the cat if you can and go for a drive.
