If you can see Green its coolant for sure mate, nothing else on the car will be green. I am colour blind so cant really see shades of green there.

Green drops are on the bottom of the bump stop and the overflow looks empty.

Mat has the blow off hose broken off that overflow bottle? Should there be a hose connected to that that purges low?

Thats not actually the overflow. Its the reservoir. The overflow has a yellow cap on it. The opening snicko posted a pic of is like that on all gu with that setup. The reservoir will see cooling system pressure.
Obviously being plastic they dont last forever and become brittle.
