Was another excellent holiday and met a heap of new people from all round the world had a blast. Hung out with the local family again and have organized a bit better sponsorship deal to help em out a bit. Dinner was awesome I ate pig liver was yum A big lump of pig fat sits on top of this cooker and melts down through all the meat being cooked and then into the broth below where the noodles and veg is cooking away over a charcoal fire pot And a pic of the father when he did his national service 20 years ago
