Goodbye EFI, and hello 5k servicing :P No, seriously, I genuinely hope that the conversion works for you, BA. You should get some good coin for your TB42 and EFI gear as well, to help pay for the conversion.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Spoke with the mechanic at JPC this morning and it sealed the deal for me.

He said dont spend another cent on the EFI and put everything into doing the conversion... I told him of my mileage and he said that sounds about right and with towing a trailer you are always going to be chewing through petrol..

As with the TD it makes little difference if you are towing.

So today after I paint the laundry walls I will go out and do a touch more work to the gardening trailer to get it ready for sale... plus the ride on lawn mower this will go a long way towards funding my conversion.

So Bruce stays but with a different lump !!!!!!
Awesome! Hopefully this will cut you some long deserved slack.

I have a small budget to do the td conversion and thats it... or I could just be rid of 4wd's all together for a year or 2 and come back with a decent budget?
i do recall a certain someone organising a meetup to help out a bloke who had fallen on hard times. i for one would be more than happy to come down and give a hand at a working bee or somthing like that if someone wants to organise it? just putting it out there. i would even be happy to donate a little money, i know how much of a sh!t cop you have had lately mate.
I got red dust in my veins.

I am not a charity and most of my woes are through bad choices... all the other crap that has happened this year is just life's shit !!!!

But I was talking to AB about it and he wanted to have a meet up to make for light work which can be good and can be bad...

I will have my trailer up for sale tonight and when I sell it the money will go straight onto the home loan so it is not spent on day to day crap and when I find a donor I will redraw.

So far my budget for the main stuff will be about $3700 and the car I missed out on the other night I could have got for that money...blah !!! Matty really wanted me to get it but just bad timing.

As soon as I have the funds sorted I will ask people to keep an eye out.

doo be doo be doo !!!!!!!

Well I will definitely be in for helping out as well. And Jonathan it is not about being a charity it is about a bunch of mates helping another mate out, so there is no need to be ashamed in accepting help from a bunch of mates. Just yell out and will be there.

Choices - Yep, should've got a GU in the first place. Ha Ha

I'm not experienced with working on a Q, but if there is a working bee at some stage I'd be up to help where I could.
    Thanks, Cameron
