    Intercooler advice

Hey guys I'm keen t install an intercooler and am curious as to what you guys think will be better for my gq td42.
Top mount or front mount also reasoning behind.
I'm looking into air to air at moment but open to any suggestions.
    Thank you.

Personally I'd go top mount air to air as it's the cheaper option to go with and many ready made kits to purchase.
Water to air is the best cooling but expensive or more maintenance
Air to air is less effective but still good.
Front mount is more efficient than top mount but in a 4wd can be more prone to damage or getting mud in them etc

Front mounts are relatively cheap and can be bought and piped for around the 500 mark.

Can u get awAy without cutting the front grill up with them? Like can u make them fit behind and is it hard to keep front mounts clean and tidy also do they restrict the radiator at all?

Yes you can get away with not cutting the grill. If you are gonna play in mud all the time then your radiator will clog without a front mount anyway. It's just a matter of maintenance. The only time the intercooler may interfere with the radiator flow is if it became completely blocked.

Sorry mate but they still aren't really specs. If it's the turbo that comes with the axt kit then it will only be good to about 15psi.
