Chasing numbers

Hey guys just curious as to how far and what needs to be done to achieve such numbers.
I'm chasing reliable 20-25 psi I'm just curious as to what mods have to done to achieve this at the moment I have in my 1993 gq td42 silver top
New oem rebuild kit with standard pistons ceramic coated
Standard silver top rods with 28mm pins
Td42t head
Bigger pump
New injectors
Turbo
3 inch exhaust
Bigger radiator
Pyro gauge and boost gauges to keep an eye on things
What else would use suggest I do or will it be fine to leave as it?

What turbo will you be using and what kind of power are you chasing. The only thing that really makes a td42 unreliable regardless of what parts are used is the tune.

Intercooler will be a must if wanting a reliable 25psi td42. What specs are your garrett?

T3 mate what can I get away with reliable until I get it intercooler?

Care to elaborate on the T3- AR's, wheel sizes, frame size etc etc?

Without an intercooler I would not be exceeding 15psi

Can i ask why do you want to run 25psi?? Is it for bragging rights or are you chasing power figures??? Answering these questions might also help in getting the answer your looking for

To be honest mate you haven't really given us much to go on so we are all struggling to give you any sort if advice. You need to give us as much info as possible otherwise we cannot help.
