It fits before the standard filter to separate any water that may be in fuel.
Has a sensor that will detect small amounts of water prior to it entering the factory filter.

Has both a warning light and alarm.

Took my 35inch KM2's off and put on some 33inch Cooper ST's I got for the road. Mental note to NEVER buy these again. It feels like I'm driving on dirt the whole time. Awfully rough on the black top.... But i'll put up with them until they wear out.

Installed the 60lt bladder tank into the rear footwell then plumbed up a cheap 12v pump

    ImageUploadedByMotorculture1402733417.495045.jpg

And then set up Running Water on the inside of the small back door ready for the Simpson

    ImageUploadedByMotorculture1402733482.942855.jpgImageUploadedByMotorculture1402733492.995054.jpgImageUploadedByMotorculture1402733505.612757.jpg

Been on my list of things to do for 7 years!! If I ever invest in a permanent fixed water tank I can plumb back to the pump and tap. Stoked

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Wow MudrunnerTD!! What a great job.

Makes our water bladder look a bit ordinary.....

We took out the back seat and have a 110L one in the foot well.

Hubbie made a cage so we can put soft stuff (clothes, towels etc) on top.

And you can now pack right next to the fridge without worrying about blocking the vents, I was always worried about that when playing Tetris on long camping trips!

Your not wrong there AB. When we go away I am always checking that the fridge can breath.

This Simpson trip is getting stuff done that has been put on the back burner for ever!!!
