That's what it is I was going to buy a similar knife but more $$$ and they are a long knife
see them all the time at on Iron Chef, They are long and usually surgical sharp so you don't saw when you cut
which you shouldn't anyway. Watch some U tube some guys are masters with these knives
A proper rh sashimi could be $2500 plus

This is my sashimi cast iron knife
@ OD my Icom Jr fits this Molle tool pack perfect and a SureFire torch fits the other section

@ OD where does that Molle pouch go , feels like it would work better around the waist,
or maybe from the shoulder down but can't see how to clip it on.

Got my sticking knife today, happy with the size but sure about the cerated teeth on the back and i think i'll give the cutting edge a touch up i think

That's only to say its not a double edged knife IMO
Put an edge on the back as well, but don't get caught with it He He
Looks like those boot knives

Would have sworn black and blue that knife was a sashimi number,
but they come in sizes up to 26" long go figure

I likey the pig sticker, almost like a modified sykes fairburn.

Cerrations / Teeth or sawback inclusions can make or break a good knife. Some suit it if the teeth are done properly and can ruin it if poorly designed or made.

Working on a custom journal / diary cover at the moment.

Embossed gold initials on that cover would look awesome, what you can do with leather is endless.

Can make a map book that can hold the folded HEMA maps, just need AB to organise a die to get cast with the logo and can stamp the front of them.

Will send him a om about it

Never used gold leaf, may have to get some to try
