So had a bit more of a chat and there is a bit more to this.
Our jobs have changed hands a little under a year ago, some of you might have heard of GUNNS timber..
Anyway his workcover is under GUNNS, and there is loop hole where the purchasers of the business cam either take on or pay out the employee..
So that's where he is worried..
But the catch is its been nearly 2 years since the take over. So you would assume they have "taken him on"..

Anyway, interesting times ahead..

Yup heard of Gunns, living tin Tas we all have. If they have not got rid of him and he had the 2nd opp while on their watch he would have a pretty good case. As for time frames, most specialists will not give a final until 12 onths after that type of operation. He needs to reach what they deem as MMI or maximum medical improvement. Only then will the Doctor give a final certification. Once he gets to MMI, he can also be assessed for whole person imparement as well.

I'm guessing it's fine to wake up the 3 kiddies to go pick her up from a work do, absolutely hammered and only 9:30....... Hmmm I wonder what would happen if I was to try that

You now have ammo...... I would be in the dog house for days if I tried that on..... she would then bring the matter back up every couple of years to make me feel bad but in no way could I do that to her.
