schools,my daughter is getting picked on by quite a few kids....she can fight well,quite well actually.trains two belts above her grade.....just trying to convince her to deal with it and snot the bitches....in my day some one pissed you off you snotted them..now days they are encouraged to talk about it..BULLSHIT...farken talk is crap,all this talk just means that it goes on and on and farking on........I'm over seeing my baby so upset...that's it.training this weekend for Monday fark the school and there talk about it process..

They cannot dismiss him because he does not upgrade to PID,s. That is illegal in any state under w/comp. Depending on the state there are rules to let a worker go if they cannot perfor their PID,s and thereare no alternate duties. 2 years after surgery for both hands is not unusual though.

So had a bit more of a chat and there is a bit more to this.
Our jobs have changed hands a little under a year ago, some of you might have heard of GUNNS timber..
Anyway his workcover is under GUNNS, and there is loop hole where the purchasers of the business cam either take on or pay out the employee..
So that's where he is worried..
But the catch is its been nearly 2 years since the take over. So you would assume they have "taken him on"..

Anyway, interesting times ahead..
