Stripped 95%
Axles are only just on their way to Mark's now we have approval
Engine waiting final stages of completion and dyno USA
Transmission and most accessories are here

Awesome! Keep it coming...
What is the aim of this conversion? Awesome tourer? Pod on the back? Work Truck or what?

Nice one. What a build.
But I see the fuel tank though is a pita.. Would it not have been easier just to make a custom one so it didn't intrude on the cab space?

Thank you for the positive comments
The aims of the conversion are:
Demonstrate what can legally be achieved and promote the vehicle as an emergency response vehicle for rail and emergency services.
Build a fun vehicle that can haul ass at the drags, play well offroad, cross a desert or tow a caravan. Five tunes from economy to wild are available on the fly at a touch of a button to enable this.
For the extra cab, the auxilliary fuel tank is factory and yes a pita. I didn't want to lose it though.
We have set the ledge up inside to permanently fit a small fridge and some storage shelves.
My wife gets uncomfortable travelling so the idea was to be able to recline the seat further. I pulled out some Recaros which Stropp is now using and they will most liklely be replaced with Stratos suspension seats.
Here is a shot of the engine 3lt CRD and 5sp manual harnesses
