Work has brought in the morning stretches I started to do them, strained the whole left hand side of my neck shoulders and back doing these new things. Barely able to move pretty much had to go straight to a Physio to get some movement back and go again everyday this week. Happens right before I fly our to Bali next Tuesday. And to top it off its 12 day shifts from now until Sunday to finish off the commissioning of the new oxygen plant.

Woo saaaa it's going to be a long week

The farkinnn internet at home is at dial up speed since yesterday. First time I ever had trouble here since moving in ( 5 years ). And of all times it decided to s*** its self is when I have all these tallarook videos to upload.....
