Occy straps on my rear wheel bag from AB were undone when I walked out just before. No chance they could have undone on their on, so somebody tried to have a go, me think. I hope I'm wrong, but knowing this area, I'm definitely right. Need to get out of here asap!

I agree AB, there are some F#$K%$# low life oxygen wasters out there, the dog did not ask to be treated like that..........shoot the so called owner.
It pi$$es me off something terrible to see this and also some of the comments here regarding this

That dog is too clean to be feral has to be a runaway from a dodgy owner.

I hate it when people buy animals cause they are puppies and cute but then forget that after they grow up it's an actual dog. An effing disgrace IMO. I m with you doggy

I used to have a pure bred a few dogs back that looks pure to me with the white socks on its paws and white tip on the tale.
