Very nice indeed, they look like they a wedge between top and bottom layers to space it out.

If your intending to fold that and still use the belt threw you'll need 2 hoops in the middle aswell..

    But the shape is good..

I think that's the plan for the back of the pouch as the pouch itself is moulded I think,
Check a few links in some past posts and you'll see

I haven't broken down the template yet but it is a 2 piece.

The image is showing the top overlaying the bottom, basically a top view if constructed, based on a pancake sheath design.

Will break it down into 2 parts later today as I am going down to bunnings / masters shortly to pick up a pyrography kit and a few other bits.

That is a very nice sheath, got my pyrography kit now and will track down some nice designs I can use.

I think I am on Customs radar now as I had a call from DHL who advised 2 x shipments (both from BudK) have been held by Customs pending receiving a copy of my purchase receipt and item description.

never had that happen before, but had Customs seize two leatherman.
Its not illegal to buy knives from OS if you are over 18, which I'm sure you are.

Is the Pyro for some design work like a pattern of some description

Yup, same kit you can use for wood burning patterns, basically an elaborate soldering iron.

Had 4 knives seized last year because Customs can't tell the difference between a paracord wrapped survival knife and a throwing knife.

Never been asked to explain a purchase before either
