As he said "one simple mistake we almost lost 2 cars". He really should have said "one simple stupid mistake and we almost lost someones life and 2 cars. We were just being cowboys and stupid!"

They had been across that section all day but missed the footage on the return trip.
Yeah two Aussie drongo's having a go.

Did you hear the bit where the younger guy said "if you have any weight on don't use the towball"
to me that meant it was OK to use for light recoveries, wrong, wrong, wrong, NEVER USE THE TOW BALL EVER

Great show, love watching these guys. I think it was just bad luck piling up for them on that trip.
Im surprised it's the first rollover though. They do carry a lot of weight up high with the tinnies etc.
They said on this episode Simon's truck and trailer weigh 6 tonnes. Must be bloody close to it's limits, I believe the GVM on the 79 Series is 3300kg

On their web site it says the 200 is 4.2t and the 79 3.8t. Plus the trailer, good on them I like the show it's not all comp trucks and mud racing
If ya not using it buy a prius .....

Creative conversions , their work is very good , 2 mate's had wagons cut to duels a gu patrol and a 79 series wagon , I'm not sure but I think they can get them to about 4.5t
If ya not using it buy a prius .....
