Made some new mounting brackets for my LED light bar...................





Also made some sun shades for the back ( couldn't justify the exorbitant price they where asking on the internet :i2: )





......and mounted a thermo fan onto the intercooler..................

Installed my new Intervolt battery isolator & momentary switch to link the 2 together, just need to tidy up the wiring...........

Started making my new roof rack for the 'Trol this afternoon.........................





...............it's made from 25x25x1.6 mm RHS stood on it's edge for the main frame, & the cross braces are 20x20x1.6 mm RHS. I used 50x6 mm flat bar for the uprights.

Looks good. Just keep the mounts lite but remember side ways bracing.

Got the rack almost finished this morning. Made a light rack out the front, just need to cut some 3mm plate & weld in. Then need to clean it up ready for painting.

Spent a couple more hours today cleaning it up ready for paint. Welded in the mesh floor, & made the brackets to mount the rack to my Rhino racks.









......tomorrow will have to go & buy a little bit of sheet for the light rack.
