Started making my new roof rack for the 'Trol this afternoon.........................
...............it's made from 25x25x1.6 mm RHS stood on it's edge for the main frame, & the cross braces are 20x20x1.6 mm RHS. I used 50x6 mm flat bar for the uprights.
