So that makes it 15 confirmed adults, just as many if not more kids (God help us!! LOL), and 11 vehicles throughout the weekend (3 Friday, 10 Saturday, 8 or so Sunday, 3 Monday) ... rain, hail or shine, it will be fantastic to get together, have a few quiet ones and meet up with everyone - looking forward to a VERY relaxing weekend ...

For those of you who are a bit none the wiser on how to get there - a bit of detail below:

If you are heading up the Bruce Highway

1. Take the Kilcoy turn off (D'Aguilar Highway - reset your trip meter) and follow this all the way to Kilcoy (52.2 klms from the Highway Exit)
2. As you enter Kilcoy - this is the last opportunity to get petrol, so probably best to fill up - as you enter town, go past the pub on the left and turn left into Mary Street (main road, still D'Aguilar Highway) - follow this to the bottom of the hill and there is a BP petrol station on the corner on your right. If not getting petrol, go to point 4.
3. If you went to the petrol station - come back out of the petrol station and back up Mary Street back to the main road you came in on, turn left at the T junction (where you turned off to go get petrol).
4. Follow the main street as you enter Kilcoy to the roundabout at the top of the hill and turn right (Kennedy Street - reset your trip meter) and this is Kilcoy Murgon Road
5. Follow Kilcoy Murgon Road for 56.7 klms (takes about an hour) - don't take any turnoffs etc - keep following and eventually the road turns to gravel - keep following and Landcruiser Park is on the left - follow the road into the office (about 6 klms), grab your permit and a map, and head to the Gums camping ground.

We'll probably stay on channel 10, but if there is heaps of other banter, try channel 12 to get us also.

All the best eveyone - will be a cracker!!!
