Due to unemployment almost all the firm have excess employee available in market.But most of the employer needs fresh employee because they don't have enough budget to pay the salary.Hope they will help you in getting that work experience and it will also help you in getting experience certificate for future use. E.g Different marketing companies offer job to fresh graduates.
