we also use camp stretchers I can't remember the brand but they are the steel frame ones BCF sell, we went with the steel ones after my brother ( 100kg ) tested them in store rodeo style. The steel definately seemed to hold up alot better than the ally ones.
I usually carry all my bedding rolled up in my swag and just throw that on top which is great when its a bit cold as it stops the cold air getting at you from beneath the stretcher. Although with a wood fired heater in the tent it's not that often that its cold.
