    Have heat treated, tempered and started sanding again..

    Looking good Westy

    Any thoughts on an intro belt sander / lanisher / grinder combo? Have a twin wheel grinder but that's about all. Did see an intro kit for $110 delivered

    As I said over in the USA they use a 30" x 1" upright belt grinder, the laser cutter is quoting the bits ,.
    There is an attatchment to suit a drill press, not that good but ok.
    I've found the Black and Decker Finger file the best so far, nice small radius on the nose roller.
    Those 36" x 4" linishers are great for doing scales, EG matching bolster to scale.

    @ OD if your bench grinder is 6" or 8" you can buy the linisher attachment for it reasonably cheap.
    Plus you'll need the tapered spindle for one end to fit your buffing wheel to.

    Price for a combo was around $400 plus , where as attachment was only $180ish
