Ive just bought a 2011 st patrol, haven't picked it up yet. The dealer says the recall has been done but is there any way of knowing that its been done?

G'day mate. I think they put some sort of sticker somewhere on driver's door to suggest it has been done.

I don't have mine done yet, so I cant tell you exactly where this sticker will be placed - I am just waiting for the next service.

Look inside the drivers door jam, and there should be a new sticker there if it has been done.

Or else, just drop in to your nearest Nissan Dealer, and they should be able to tell you quite quickly by checking the sticker, or by checking their system against the VIN number
