    1. Pinstriped it,
    2. Bent the side step
    3. Washed it.
And between steps 1 & 3 I had the most amazing day 4wding with family and friends in the Pyrenees. Were first down some freshly opened tracks and saw some amazing sights.
    BBQ lunch and more sightseeing.
Oh did I mention the elusive Sambar deer that were barely bothered by three 4wd's, just jumped across the road and then sauntered up the hill and stopped to watch us watching them.

Should put this in the happy thread.
    Cheers
    Jack

I finished these off today, except for painting. Made for sleeping in the Old Trol on short weekend trips with my local club and with you lot. I still have to make some for the front windows, which will be difficult, because of the shape. The picture doesn't show the stainless flywire glued to the inside of the wood. The fly wire in the slide window is only for dry weather, though.

@ BA or as the Judge likes to call it "Exhibit A"
    bag it and tag it

At Mudnut have you seen the rear door sun/wind visors ? mudski has them slimline like what you have done.
Buy them and super glue some Perspex with holes to the base with holes like you have, would never notice them.
front a bit more difficult but doable IMO.
Love the idea BTW no more flys or mozzies filling up the Patrol when away, lol

Thanks, 3D. If you are about, Mudski, could you whack a pic up of the visors, front and back, please.

I'll tell you something though........ it was bloody hard work. First I had to mow the lawn, then turn on the retic so I could find where the pop up were, then cut around them so they were free once more to pop up instead of being restrained by the overgrown grass. Then had to jump in the Q makin sure I parked over as couple so I could get as much coverage as possible................................... I'm worn out now and relaxing with a beer

Had the truck for a couple of months now, checked the diffs and the front was at least 3cm below filler. Bit short on funds so didn't listen and buy a pump to fill. Nightmare job. Lucky though because when I drained it, it was a bit milky.
