Andy I'd hang it using a French cleat that way you can just use a few roofing screws from outside to hold the support plate up, it will be a 2 man job though unless you screw it from the inside then screw it on the outside remove the inside ones and replace them outside in the same holes so it being held up with 4 screws and supporting the length of the frame best way IMO.
