It was a great life Cuppa, we lived in a caravan that we towed around the property camping at the bores and windmills.I knew immediately it was gulf country .

Zebra finches are a reliable indicator of water nearby. In this case a dripping tap close to the cyclone fence at a Barkly Highway rest area.
