Just changed fuel and air filters. Happy to see now water in air filter from that river crossing!!!
Cook in frying pan On low heat..
A proper omelet you leave plain and fold it in half with the ingredients add just before you fold..
Mine I just mix it all together, pan for a bit, then grill..
